专利说明:
[0001] The present invention relates to a fluid dispenser device, and more particularly to a device of the unidose or bidose type, adapted to dispense one or two doses of fluid in a single actuation. [0002] The devices of the single-dose or bidose type are well known. As visible in Figure 1, they generally comprise a body 1 receiving a reservoir 10 containing one or two doses of fluid, and a dispensing head 2 provided with a dispensing orifice 3, and which is axially movable relative to said body 1 when actuated. The reservoir 10 is generally formed by a blind hollow tube 11, the proximal axial opening 12 (relative to the dispensing orifice 3) is sealingly closed by a plug 20. The dispensing head 2 generally comprises a cannula or needle 4, of generally cylindrical shape, connected on one side to said dispensing orifice 3, and provided on the other side with a piercing tip 5 adapted to pierce said plug 20 during actuation, the plug 20 moving then in said reservoir 10 to expel the dose or doses of fluid through said cannula 4 to said dispensing orifice 3. EP0546607 discloses a device of this type. [0003] A disadvantage with these devices of the prior art concerns the risk of leakage during actuation, which alters the dispensed dose and the reproducibility of the assay between different devices of the same type. In particular, as shown in FIG. 2a, the opening 6 in the piercing tip 5 of the cannula 4 is generally formed by a bevel of the distal axial end (with respect to the dispensing orifice 3) of the cannula , thus forming a peripheral edge 7, which surrounds said opening 6, whose surface is flat. To facilitate the drilling of the plug 20, the angle of said bevel is relatively acute, so that the axial extent of said opening 6, that is to say the axial distance between the distal axial end and the axial end proximal to said peripheral edge 7, may be greater than the thickness of the wall 22 of the plug 20 which is pierced by said cannula 4 at the beginning of the actuation. This can therefore cause leakage at the moment when the plug 20 is being pierced, with fluid that can flow out of the tank 10 without passing into said cannula 4. Moreover, as can be seen in FIGS. 2b and 2c, with a cannula standard like that of Figure 2a, there is a risk of damage to the hinge zone 100 near the proximal axial end of said peripheral edge of the opening, generating potential leakage. The present invention aims to provide a fluid dispensing device, in particular of the single-dose or bidose type, which does not reproduce the aforementioned drawbacks. [0004] The present invention also aims to provide a fluid dispensing device, in particular of the single-dose or bidose type, which improves the precision of the determination and its reproducibility for a plurality of devices of the same type, by limiting or even eliminating the risks of leaks when actuated. [0005] It is another object of the present invention to provide a fluid dispensing device, particularly of the single dose or bidose type, which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and assemble. The present invention therefore relates to a fluid dispensing device comprising a body and a dispensing head provided with a dispensing orifice and movable axially relative to said body during actuation, said body receiving a reservoir containing product. fluid, said reservoir comprising a hollow tube having a proximal axial opening closed by a plug adapted to slide sealingly in said tube during actuation, said dispensing head comprising a hollow cannula connected at one side to said dispensing orifice and provided on the other side with a piercing tip provided with an opening for piercing said cap, said opening defining a peripheral edge extending around said opening and having a distal axial end and a proximal axial end, said end axial distal of said peripheral edge forming the distal axial end of the tip of per characterized in that said distal axial end of the piercing tip is disposed on the longitudinal central axis of said cannula. [0006] Advantageously, said opening comprises a distal portion of reduced width relative to the width of said cannula. Advantageously, said peripheral edge comprises a radial narrowing to define said distal portion of reduced width of said opening. [0007] Advantageously, said peripheral edge is curved axially. Advantageously, said piercing tip is formed by deformation of said cannula, in particular by stamping. Advantageously, said piercing tip has a rounded external shape. [0008] Advantageously, said reservoir is formed by a blind hollow tube. Advantageously, said reservoir contains a single dose of fluid dispensed during a single actuation of the device. Advantageously, said reservoir contains two doses of fluid product distributed during two successive actuations of the device. [0009] These and other features and advantages will appear more clearly in the following detailed description, with reference to the accompanying drawings, given as non-limiting examples, and in which: - Figure 1 is a schematic view of a bidose-type dispensing device to which the present invention can be applied; Figure 2a is a cross-sectional detail view of a standard device of the prior art; FIG. 3 is a view similar to that of FIG. 2a, illustrating an advantageous embodiment of the present invention; and - Figures 4 to 6 are detailed views of the cannula of Figure 3. [0010] The present invention relates more particularly to a device of the type disclosed in EP0546607. It is understood, however, that the present invention is not limited to this type of device, but is instead applicable to all types of fluid dispensing devices, of the single-dose or two-dose type, or of the multi-dose type, comprising a closed reservoir. by a plug, said plug to be drilled before or at the beginning of the actuation. [0011] In the description, the terms "axial" and "radial" refer in particular to the central longitudinal axis A of the cannula 4, visible in FIGS. 4 and 5. The terms "proximal" and "distal" refer to FIG. at the dispensing orifice 3 formed in the dispensing head 2. [0012] The invention applies more particularly to devices of the unidose or bidose type such as that shown in FIG. 1. As previously described, such a device comprises a body 1 which receives a reservoir 10 containing one or two doses of fluid , and a dispensing head 2, provided with a dispensing orifice 3, is axially displaceable relative to said body 1 during actuation. The reservoir 10 contains one or two dose (s) of fluid. Advantageously, said reservoir 10 is formed by a blind hollow tube 11, for example made of glass, having a proximal axial opening 12 closed by a stopper 20, for example an elastomer, adapted to slide in a sealed manner in said tube 11 during actuation. Said plug 20 has a tubular axial portion 21 sealingly sliding in the tube 11, and a transverse wall 22 intended to be pierced during actuation. The dispensing head 2 generally comprises a generally cylindrical hollow cannula or needle 4, connected on one side to said dispensing orifice 3, and provided on the other side with a piercing tip 5 adapted to pierce said stopper. Upon actuation, the plug 20 then moving in said reservoir 10 to expel the fluid dose (s) through said cannula 4 to said dispensing orifice 3. The cannula 4 can be inserted into a cannula holder 9, which itself can be fixed in said dispensing head 2. Advantageously, a spraying profile 35 can be formed directly upstream of the dispensing orifice 3, for example between the bottom of said dispensing head 2 and the proximal axial end of said cannula holder 9. [0013] The piercing tip 5 is provided with an opening 6 for piercing said plug 20, said opening 6 defining a peripheral edge 7 extending around said opening 6 and having a distal axial end and a proximal axial end. An actuating member 15, connected to said body 1, can be provided to perform the actuation. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the actuating member 15 is biased towards its rest position by a spring 16, and is manually movable, against the force of the spring 16, to move the body 1 with the reservoir With the example of FIG. 1 being a bidose, the actuator comprises dose splitting means formed in this example in the form of one or more flexible lugs. 17 cooperating with respective radial shoulders 18, 19 formed on said body 1. Thus, to distribute the first dose, the flexible lug 17 will cooperate with the shoulder 18, then the spring 16 will bring the actuating member 15 into position. rest position, wherein said flexible tab 15 will cooperate with the second shoulder 19. Other dose splitting means are conceivable. Figures 3 to 6 illustrate an advantageous embodiment of the present invention. According to this embodiment, said distal axial end of said peripheral edge 7 forms the distal axial end 59 of the piercing tip 5, and said distal axial end 59 of the piercing tip 5 is disposed on the longitudinal central axis A of said cannula 4. Advantageously, said opening 6 comprises a distal portion 6a of reduced width relative to the width of said cannula 4, which can be defined in particular by a radial narrowing 7a of said peripheral edge 7. The invention thus makes it possible to generating a cutting profile which is much smaller, in particular less wide, than the outer width of the cannula 4, which substantially improves the dynamic sealing of the cannula 4 with the stopper 20 upon actuation. In this particular embodiment, the peripheral edge 7 surrounding the opening 6 of the piercing tip is not surface-planar, but axially curved, as can be seen in FIG. 4. The piercing head 5 can be of outer rounded shape, as shown in Figures 3 and 4. Advantageously, said piercing tip 5 is formed by deformation of said cannula 4, in particular by stamping. The end of the cannula 4 can thus be deformed radially to bring the distal axial end 59 of the piercing tip to the longitudinal central ace A. On the other hand, the peripheral edge 7 can be deformed to generate said narrowing radial 7a, to define the pear shape of the opening 6, with said distal portion 6a of reduced width. [0014] The present invention has been described with reference to an advantageous embodiment, but it is understood that a person skilled in the art may make any modifications thereto, without departing from the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
